Abstract [+]
n this paper control system's stability is arrived based on Bounded Input Bounded Output (BIBO) when bounded input is given in the form of discrete values. The control system allows the state estimation constraints to reach the convergence even when fluctuations in the parameters of the input system occur. To overcome this DTFT (Discrete Time Fourier Transform) is used when the signal is completely absolutely summable. Stability of the LTI (Linear time invariant) system is showed and is depending on the absolute summable of their impulse response. Simultaneously for continuous signal the stability occurs if it is absolutely integrable . LTI system is steady if their impulse responses encounter the Dirichlet conditions. Dirichlet properties assure the existence of CTFT (Continuous Time Fourier Transform) and the frequency time domain condition for discrete and continuous liner time invariant system is arrived. In addition to that the linearity and time-invariance properties are discussed. This provide a new way to decompose the periodic signals into Fourier series by convolving the fundamental signals. Continuous and discrete time signals are focused in this paper to get linear time invariant system (LTI) through complex exponentials. Finally filtering techniques were used to eliminate the noisy frequency component in a signal by using linear time invariant system with an appropriate frequency response by using discrete time difference equation. |

To improve the image recognition performance of machine learning, the unique feature image, must be provided. Convolution consists of a feature extractor and classification neural network. This paper demonstrates the learning rule for layered neural network through supervised data which provides the feature images using weighted impulse sum. Also we study the nature of convolution layer and pooling layer in extraction of feature images. And we obtain an important type of convolution neural network for the feature extractor in which the weights are determined through the training process. We also encounter the systematic method to define the error of the hidden layer. |

Abstract [+]
impulsive difference equation of cellular neural network with delay is considered in this paper. Stability of periodic solution of the equation is presented by employing comparison theorem. Also we obtained the sufficient condition for ensuring the existence of exponential stability of the solution of cellular neural network delay equation by applying mathematical techniques and properties of inequalities. These sufficient conditions are easily verifiable, posses many adjustable parameters, depends on impulses which provides flexibility to design and analysis the cellular network with impulses and a suitable numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the result. |

This paper deals about Chromatic polynomials and related graph invariants are central objects in graph theory and statistical physics. In this paper it discusses more on the areas of the chromatic polynomials of ensembles of random graphs with up to 30 vertices, over the entire range of edge density. Moreover it proclaims about the chromatic polynomials partition function and their zeros were it explores about random graphs of chromatic zeros, parameters and their constraints which focuses on the analysis of chromatic zeros specific characteristics and the locations of the zeros of the polynomial in the complex plane. Thus, the results indicate the chromatic zeros of random graphs have a very consistent layout |

In this paper we discuss the applications of Operations Research in Graph Theory. To find the minimum cost by using minimal spanning tree with two algorithms namely Kruskal’s algorithm and Primi’s algorithm. The main difference between the two algorithms is Prim’s algorithm generates the minimum spanning tree starting from the root vertex while the Kruskal’s algorithm generates the minimum spanning tree starting from the least weighted edge. |

In this paper we discuss the applications of Operations Research in Graph Theory. To find the minimum cost by using minimal spanning tree with two algorithms namely Kruskal’s algorithm and Primi’s algorithm. The main difference between the two algorithms is Prim’s algorithm generates the minimum spanning tree starting from the root vertex while the Kruskal’s algorithm generates the minimum spanning tree starting from the least weighted edge. |

Abstract [+]
This work investigates the synchronization problem for a kind of discrete complex dynamical networks (CDNs) including nonlinearities, exogenous disturbance, and successive time‐varying random coupling delays. Also, the stochastic variable obeying Bernoulli distribution is exploited to describe the randomness of the coupling delays. The main target of this work is to devise a novel PID controller ensuring that the proposed network is asymptotically synchronized in mean‐square and also meets a specified extended dissipative performance. With the aid of Kronecker product properties, Lyapunov stability theory and free weighting matrix technique, less conservative sufficient criteria is obtained in the form of Linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) to affirm the synchronization of the considered network. At last, the efficacy and potency of the designed control protocol are verified through two examples including the Chen system. |

This work explores the observer-based synchronisation problem for stochastic complex dynamical networks(CDNs) involving nonlinearities, exogenous input signals, and mixed delays. A non-fragile controller is designed and an observer is constructed to estimate the state vectors of the system under consideration. In particular, the gain fluctuations occur in a random manner obeying the Bernoulli distribution. The key intent of this work is to design a non-fragile controller so that the addressed network is asymptotically synchronised in the sense of mean-square under 𝐻∞ attenuation performance. By resorting to the stochastic analysis technique and the theory of Lyapunov stability, the required stability criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). Eventually, the efficacy and applicability of the theoretical findings are demonstrated through two numerical simulations. |

This paper is concerned with the problem of finite-time synchronization for a class of discretetime semi-Markovian jumping complex dynamical networks(CDNs) with actuator faults based on reliable control. The main aim of this paper is to design a state feedback controller such that the resulting closed-loop system is finite-time synchronized under a prescribed dissipativity performance level even in the presence of actuator failures. Moreover, a stochastic nature followed by Bernoulli distribution is described in the considered networks due to the occurrence of probabilistic nature in time-varying delays. By composing a suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) containing triple summation terms with the aid of Kronecker product properties and utilizing free weighting matrix approach, sufficient criteria are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) that assures finite-time synchronization and meets the dissipativity performance to the addressed CDNs. The usefulness of the presented design scheme is finally verified by numerical examples. |

This study aims to enhance and extend the mathematical model of a dynamic stochastic dual-strain SEIR epidemic with a double-saturated incidence rate. The model is represented by a nonlinear system of differential equations that describe the dynamics of susceptible, exposed, infected and recovered individuals, with the exposed and infected compartments further divided into sub-classes for the first and second strains. We develop an innovative stochastic epidemic model where drug-sensitive and drug-resistant infected groups interact through mutation. The primary objective is to determine the existence and uniqueness of a positive global solution using a well-deservedly constructed Lyapunov function, enabling a deeper analysis of the system’s complexities. This analytical framework reveals the interactions between disease transmission, treatment dynamics, and stochastic influences. A significant contribution to this work is defining the stochastic basic reproduction number mceclip3-ee0bdd7e080594ff8ae265184f99627c.png as a threshold for the progression of both strains. Under low noise conditions and mceclip0-e1fef97233c4d581e41c621db73b5560.png, the model predicts the emergence of an ergodic stationary distribution, offering insights into long-term disease trends. Conversely, in high-noise scenarios, mceclip2-8b0b3bff4f436ad7ca8165c888264146.png, the analysis explores the extinction and persistence of drug-sensitive and drug-resistant infections. Our analytical results are further confirmed by simulations of epidemics spreading across drug-sensitive and drug-sensitive populations. Based on our simulations and theoretical predictions, we find that they are closely aligned. |

This investigation aims to enhance and broaden the mathematical model that governs a dynamic stochastic SEIRS (Susceptible, Exposed, Infective, and Recovery) epidemic. This complex model integrates crucial components, including a saturated incidence rate and saturated treatment function, which are fundamental in molding epidemic dynamics. The objective is to explore the presence and uniqueness of a positive global solution through the application of a meticulously designed Lyapunov function, facilitating a more profound analysis of the intricacies of the systems. This analytical framework enables us to uncover the interactions among disease transmission, treatment dynamics, and stochastic influences. This theoretical framework assumes that treatment responses are directly related to incidence cases within the healthcare system as long as they remain within the system. A key aspect of our contribution lies in defining the stochastic basic reproduction number as a critical threshold that determines the course of the epidemic. Under conditions characterized by low noise levels and , it establishes the prerequisites for the appearance of an ergodic stationary distribution, offering insights into the potential long-term trends in disease dissemination. Conversely, in scenarios characterized by high noise intensity , our analysis sheds light on the inevitable eradication of the disease. To further enhance the theoretical underpinning, our research integrates extensive numerical simulations. These simulations not only confirm the validity of our theoretical findings but also provide a dynamic visualization of the implications of the model. The dual methodology of theoretical analysis and simulations contributes to a nuanced understanding of stochasticity and epidemic dynamics. |
